1765 Queen Street East  - The Beach Condominiums 3 – The Building

The third in a series of condominiums built by The Pemberton Group in 2000, 1765 Queen Street East is a smaller building which makes it fit in perfectly with the surrounding neighbourhood. The exterior of the building is an attractive brick and stucco. Balconies and terraces on both sides of the building provide views to both the north and south and the one, two and three bedroom suites in this building offer residents lots of choice.

The Beach Condominiums 3 has four sister buildings alongside it, built around the same time. Of the 5 buildings, 1765 Queen Street East, 1797 Queen Street East and 1829 Queen Street East have identical footprints, floor plans and interiors.

1765 Queen Street East -The Beach Condominiums 3-  Features and Finishes

Large expanses of glass allow natural light to fill the beautiful interiors. The designer European kitchens they used are still considered 'contemporary' today. For the most part, the kitchens are open to the living space, creating longer sight-lines and a feeling of even greater space. Premium flooring finishes include hardwood, ceramics and broadloom depending on the location. Laundry alcoves with stacking washer/dryer are standard in every unit.

1765 Queen Street East  - The Beach Condominiums 3 - The Neighbourhood

The Beach Condominiums 3 is located on the South side of Queen Street East between Sarah Ashbridges Avenue and Winners Circle, on what used to be the Northern boundary of the Greenwood Race Track.  It's only about 2 blocks to the water's edge. Beachers still refer to this thriving area as the 'new development' but it's a seamless extension of the original neighbourhood. Read more about the Beaches Community and Beaches Real Estate.
